Quality Assurance

To many customers, a Quality program is required if not essential to do business in the new millennium. At SIMALEX we believe this as well. Since 1992, SIMALEX has been registered with QMI (Quality Management Institute), the largest independent third party registrar in North America. Our fist Quality program conformed to ISO 9003-87 + CSAZ299.3-85 and now has been upgraded to ISO 9001-2000. To view our Certificate of Registration, please click on the link.

• SIMALEX will conform to a customers stated or implied requirements.
• Registration with QMI provides our customers with an independent assessment of our Quality System by a third party that is recognized around the world.
• QMI currently has Memorandums of Understanding (M.O.U.s) with AFAQ, BSI, DQS of DIN, KEMA, JMI, SA, SANZ, SIS, SQS, TELARC, and UL. Additional agreements are currently being negotiated with other 'serious' registration bodies in Europe and Asia.

Capabilities

• The Quality Assurance program at SIMALEX conforms to the ISO 9001-2000 quality system standard and is applicable at all times, whether or not the ISO 9001-2000 standard is specified in contracts.

• This Quality Assurance Program establishes SIMALEX'S capability to supply products that conform to specified requirements and to achieve customer satisfaction by preventing nonconformity at all stages from production through to servicing.
