SIMALEX produces products of all shapes and sizes and for
every industry imaginable. Primarily we produce consumer grade castings for the
electronics industry to house there circuit boards and other components. In addition to
this, SIMALEX produces products for the telecommunications, railroad,
automotive, marine, military, and even the medical and Dental industries. Being a custom die caster, SIMALEX
has lots of experience in all sorts of castings from thin (0.050 ") to thick
wall (0.375"), industrial to
consumer grade castings and even plating grade castings
 
Services
- Tool Design
- SIMALEX has incorporated a 3 dimensional CAD (Computer
Aided Design) system into its Tool Design. This combined with years of practical
experience, we can make your 'concept' a reality....

- In Plant Mold Making
- We have a complete mold making facility that is directly linked to our CAD
system. We can also produce tooling from your computer files or drawings and even hand
sketches....

- Die Casting
- With machines ranging from 300 ton Hot Chamber (zinc) to 720
to Cold Chamber (aluminum), we can produce castings with a
projected surface area of up to 270 square inches....

- Secondary Finishing
- In this department, we have several CNC machining centers, automatic
and semi-automatic drilling and tapping machines, as well as manual grinding and vibratory
deburring equipment. The trend has been to supply a completely finished part, and we have
associated ourselves with several quality conscious sub contractors that supply chemical
conversion coatings and paint or powdercoat....

- Quality Assurance
- SIMALEX is certified and registered by QMI to ISO 9001:2000. A copy of
our QA manual is available upon request....
