Custom HIGH Pressure Die Casting PROCESS

Could you reduce your custom tool design costs significantly without sacrificing quality? If there’s a way, the experienced die casting team at Simalex will find it. If we don’t already have a mold for the part you need, we can provide custom mold design and production to transform your vision into the real deal.

Here’s what you can expect from our custom high pressure die casting process.

1. Die Casting Design

You provide a sample part, CAD files or even just a hand-sketched drawing, and let our team do the rest.

2. Die Cast Engineering

Based on the design, we create a functional and reliable tool, as well as determine the best and most cost-effective manufacturing process.

3. Production

Your part gets manufactured on one of our die-casting machines. You get the added bonus of any secondary operations after die-casting.

4. Delivery

Your deadlines are important to us. Our experience and efficiency means you can rely on us to deliver your custom parts on time, every time.

  • "When it comes to new and innovative products, we never hesitate to give Fred at Simalex a call. We had a concept, and Simalex had the solution. Simalex custom manufactures our new ATV Superclamp tie down system. We couldn’t be happier with the quality and consistency of the castings produced by Simalex."

  • "Simalex Manufacturing has been making die cast parts for my company for more than 15 years. They use all of their industry expertise to design and help us get the best parts at the best value. They take our products from the concept phase to the design of tooling stage, and then die cast the finished products. They always ship our parts on time. Simalex is rated high in our supply chain."

  • "Simalex Manufacturing has been an easy company to work with. I had a great experience dealing with them through the initial stages of product development. We sent them a railing piece that we were machining out of an aluminum extrusion and welding together. They partnered up with us in order to model the piece to our specifications and recommended the best approach to making it feasible for die casting. Simalex has been a great company to work with and provides the level of service and communication you need in the manufacturing industry. I would recommend Simalex to any other company who could use their services."
